Spot on!

Updates, Updates, Updates

My appointment with the Doctor (back in April now) resulted in me diagnosed with Avoidant Personality Disorder and Generalised Anxiety Disorder. And while the Doctor agrees that I’m genuinely experiencing hallucinations she thinks I’m coping well enough that’s it’s not something she wants to expore just yet but if my symptoms get worse I’m to go back again. Talking therapy was offered to me which I refused for now but may start soon, just to see.

Since then I have been reading up about AvPD and it seems pretty spot on to me. So that’s that.

I’m now ridiculously busy now that I now have a full time job (which I’m consciously anxious I’m going to lose but anyway) and I’m sleeping much better knowing that I’m able to start paying my debts off and stop the bank from shouting at me.

And working out has been going well but I’ll write more about that in an exercise centric entry.

Hurrah for everything coming together and heading in the right direction!

red-vonmunster replied to your post: Dear cauliflower rice,

How does it taste though? Like, does it have a strong cauliflower taste or is it more like regular rice?

Unlike regular rice it has a taste of its own but I wouldn’t say it tastes excessively of cauliflower. I usually stir-fry mine which seems to result in a woody/earthy taste.. if that makes any sense at all :)

Dear cauliflower rice,

Thank you for tasting amazing and for not making my belly swell up the way your grain counterpart likes to do!

Love,
